About Access 2 Teach

A program built on belief — in every student.

We started Access 2 Teach because we believe every young adult deserves a real shot at independence. Not a one-size-fits-all program, but a personal, caring approach that meets each student exactly where they are.

Our story

Access 2 Teach was founded with a simple but powerful belief: young adults on the autism spectrum, ages 18 to 22, are capable of so much more than the world often expects of them. They just need the right support, the right skills, and someone in their corner who truly believes in them.

Our transition program was designed to fill the gap that so many families experience after high school — when formal educational supports end, but the journey to independence is just beginning. We step in at that critical moment and walk alongside students as they build the skills they need for work, for life, and for the future they deserve.

Every student who comes through our doors is treated as an individual. We take the time to understand their strengths, their goals, and the areas where they need the most support. Then we build a plan around them — not the other way around.

Our Mission

"To empower young adults through individualized transition services that foster independence, employability, and life readiness."

Respect

Every student is seen, heard, and valued exactly as they are.

Independence

We build skills that last — because real growth comes from within.

Personal Growth

Progress looks different for everyone, and we celebrate every step.

Inclusivity

A welcoming space where every student belongs and every voice matters.

Students in action

Real skills. Real settings. Real growth.
