Access 2 Teach Transition Program
Empowering Independence. Inspiring Growth.
We walk alongside young adults on the autism spectrum — ages 18 to 22 — helping them build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive in work and in life.
Our Mission
Every student deserves a path forward.
Access 2 Teach is a transition program designed for young adults on the autism spectrum, ages 18–22. Through individualized services, we help students build real-world skills that open doors — to employment, to independence, and to a life they're proud of.
We believe every young adult has unique strengths worth nurturing. Our approach is personal, patient, and rooted in genuine care for each student's journey.
